Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options, including Standard (3–7 business days) and Expedited (2–3 business days). Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, postal service disruptions, or high demand.

Tracking Information:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of freeze-dried candy, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at FairyCandieLLC@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

 

We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described.

Refunds (if applicable):
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped. After that, orders are final.
